Which plan should a new academy choose?

Most new academies start with Starter after the free trial. It keeps the monthly cost predictable while giving you courses, live sessions, downloads, payouts, and a branded school.

Can I start without a monthly subscription?

Yes. The Revenue Share plan lets selected schools start without monthly platform rent while HunarPortal charges a platform fee on paid enrollments.

Do notification emails count in my email limit?

No. Transactional and notification emails are free. Only bulk email campaigns count against the bulk email limit.

Does AI include credits?

No. Tenants use their own installed and configured OpenAI app credentials. The plan only controls whether AI features are available.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Schools can upgrade or downgrade from the tenant billing page when their needs change.
